At Ujjaini Sarees, we are committed to providing you with the finest quality products and an excellent shopping experience. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date under the following conditions:
The saree is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
All original tags and labels are intact.
The product is returned with its original packaging.
📌 Note: Returns will not be accepted if the product shows signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
2. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
A clear photo of the defect/damage
Order number
Description of the issue
We will inspect your request and, if approved, offer a replacement or refund.
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected by our team:
We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refund modes:
Online Payment Orders: Refund will be credited back to the original payment method.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refund will be processed via bank transfer or store credit/voucher (as chosen by the customer).
4. Exchange
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
5. Shipping Charges
Return shipping charges are borne by the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
6. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled before shipment without any charges.
Once the order has been shipped, it can only be returned as per the return policy.

To start a return:
