Such minor variations shall not be considered defects.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
The final price payable will be the price displayed at the time of order confirmation.
4. Orders & Payments
Orders are confirmed only after successful payment or order confirmation (for COD).
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspicious activity.
In such cases, a full refund will be initiated if payment has already been made.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
Ujjaini Sarees is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services.
Once shipped, tracking details will be shared with the customer.
6. Returns & Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which should be read along with these Terms.
Items once used, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return or refund.
7. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled only before dispatch.
Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled and will be treated as a return request as per policy.

All content including images, videos, logos, designs, and text related to Ujjaini Sarees are our intellectual property.
Unauthorized use, copying, or reproduction is strictly prohibited.
