At Ujjaini Sarees, we ensure safe and timely delivery of your orders. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after order confirmation.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
During sales or festive seasons, processing time may be slightly longer.
2. Shipping Locations
We currently ship across India.
International shipping may be available on request (subject to additional charges and customs regulations).
3. Delivery Time
Within India:
Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days, depending on the delivery location.
Remote or rural areas may require additional delivery time.
📌 Note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier partner delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges (if applicable) will be clearly mentioned at the time of order confirmation.
Free shipping offers, if any, are subject to promotional terms.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available for selected locations.
Additional COD charges may apply.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via WhatsApp / SMS / Email.
Customers can track their shipment using the courier partner’s tracking link.
7. Delivery Issues
Ujjaini Sarees is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners.
In case of failed delivery due to incorrect address or unavailability of the customer, re-shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
8. Damaged or Missing Packages
If the package appears tampered with or damaged at the time of delivery, please do not accept the delivery and inform us immediately.
For missing or damaged items, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos for assistance.
9. Address Changes
Address changes are allowed only before shipment.
Once the order is dispatched, address changes cannot be accommodated.
